Cast of Safe at Home, an original play by William Cameron; presented as part of the Lake's 1998 Family Matinee Series.

"...a beautiful little theatre in the round in a peaceful country setting."

-Charles Grodin writing about Little Lake in his memoirs, "It Would Be So Nice If You Weren't Here."

This past December, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette cited Little Lake as one of the best reasons to leave the Pittsburgh City Limits.  In addition to attracting audience members from all over the region, Little Lake consistently attracts some of the most talented theatre artists in Allegheny and Washington Counties.  Why?  Well, quality and reputation are certainly among the main reasons...but for those of us who work at the Lake know, it's a whole lot of fun.  Everyone who works at the Lake comes away with a whole new group of good friends.  If you would like to be involved in Little Lake, there are a couple of ways to do  so.  We are always looking for volunteers.  For the young person with theatrical aspirations, we have an Apprentice Program.  And, of course, we could always use any financial contribution you might be willing to make.  If this sounds inviting to you, please contact us or follow the links below to find out more.  We look forward to seeing you at the Lake.
